Totnes Town Council (that's Totnes in Devon, England) has just spent £16,000 on some new festive lights for the high street. I didn't know that it was possible to buy GREY LIGHTS before, but apparently it is - and Totnes has them! Yes folks, this is our entry in the Most Boring Christmas Lights Ever in the Entire Known Universe competition!
